1. What this service does

terranodehq.com helps you submit availability-first travel booking requests. When you submit the details in the booking flow, you are making a request for an offer and availability preference. Submission of a request does not automatically create a guaranteed booking, fare, or reservation until the provider confirms the booking according to the applicable process for the specific service.

2. Availability-first requests and preferences

• You agree that results you see are based on availability at the time of search/request and may change.
• Any suggested options are not a binding confirmation unless and until confirmation is provided to you.
• We may route your request to travel partners and/or service providers to handle confirmation, ticketing, or other fulfillment.

3. Consumer information (Ukraine)

Under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII, стаття 4 and стаття 15, consumers have the right to necessary, accessible, reliable, and timely information in the official language about products/services. We provide key service information needed to understand the booking experience prior to contracting.

We use Ukrainian as the default language for internet representation in compliance with Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної", стаття 27 (в т.ч. ч. шоста) and стаття 30.

If cookies or analytics identifiers process personal data, we handle such processing in line with applicable Ukrainian law, including Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI (Revision on June 14, 2025, as referenced on the Verkhovna Rada site). We provide required privacy information and consent logic where applicable.

6. Dispute resolution and consumer rights

For distance contracts, the information required to be provided to the consumer includes requirements under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX, стаття 17. Consumers may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms as provided by applicable law.

7. Your obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information in the booking request.
• Do not misuse the service, disrupt availability, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Keep your contact details up to date so providers can confirm the request if applicable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, terranodehq.com is not liable for outcomes of booking requests that are not confirmed by providers, including changes in availability, timing, pricing, or provider performance. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the extent permitted by Ukrainian law and based on proven direct harm.
